Incompany Training Box

The Incompany Training Box is an escaperoom in a box that allows your team to work on training a specific skill. While playing, you will learn the most important tips and tricks about the skill and apply them immediately under the guidance of a trainer/game master. In 120 minutes you lay a solid foundation for one of the topics of the Incompany Training Box. Prior to the live game, an intake takes place to determine where you stand as a team and what your goals are while playing the Incompany Training Box.
What Are You Experiencing

In the live game, under time pressure, you will play different levels and examine how you perform in your chosen skill. The trainer/gamemaster challenges you with different challenges and reflections. You also train the skill directly as a team. We call that triple loop learning: the game the levels and skills are about your chosen skill.

The Training Box "Working Together" focuses on improving team cooperation. You will explore the 5 basic principles of a well-functioning team and together take a step forward in your team performance.
You discover whether you are a starting team, team in the making or top team. The game shows whether you work well together under time pressure, or whether you still have work to do.
Afterwards, concrete arrangements are made for action experiments and there is the possibility of microlearning via the app.

Feedback
The Training Box 'Feedback' helps teams improve their feedback culture examine and improve their feedback culture.
This training teaches you how to work with the 4 G's to give compliments and improvement feedback, and how to effectively praise, challenge, dismiss, and reflect into action.

Models about personality types and communication preferences help to gain insight into team dynamics and communicate more effectively.
Afterwards, concrete agreements made for action experiments and the app offers microlearnings to further deepen understanding of each other's styles in practice.

Stress
The Training Box Stress' helps your team to playfully deal better with stress moments and a healthier work-life balance balance.
Together you explore how to stress factors recognize stress factors, deal with them, and learn tips & tricks to better take care of yourself and each other each other.
The game helps you discover what stress mechanisms are at play in the team and how they can be transformed into resilience and well-being.
Models on stress management, resilience and mindfulness are used to understand coping mechanisms and preventive strategies.
Afterwards, concrete agreements made for action experiments and there is the opportunity for microlearnings through the app to manage stress sustainably in practice.

Performance
The Training Box "Performance" focuses on optimizing team performance and encouraging a results-oriented mindset.
You will learn through play how you as a team can maximum impact create maximum impact, effectively set goals and achieve them successfully.
The game helps you discover which factors affect performance and how you can increase the joint potential to its full potential.
Models and techniques such as SMART goals, performance management and building a high-performance culture provide insight into effective performance improvement.

Yes. A trainer/ gamemaster supervises the session. This person is responsible for timekeeping, is the trainer, gives feedback, challenges, is the gamemaster and provides fun.
Can the Incompany Training Box be customized to our specific needs?
Absolutely. The Incompany Training Box can be fully customized. This includes the models you use, the look and feel (corporate identity and colors) of the materials in print and the app, and any microlearnings.
What happens after the session?
After the session, there is a reflection and transfer phase. The main insights and take-aways are discussed and recorded on a dashboard. Concrete agreements are made about what you as a team will do, continue to do and no longer do. These agreements can be recorded with a photo in the app. There is also the possibility of microlearning via the app, which can optionally remain available for 2-3 months with weekly assignments and updates.
