And for our management trainees we make it totally fun and organize an assessment center in the form of an escape game, an escape room, completely in Jumbo atmosphere. Because recent graduates are not waiting for a traditional assessment with questionnaires to fill in.
At our vitality day, Heroes Inc. provided a challenging game in the area of sustainable employability. Participants were faced with puzzles that focused on different aspects of sustainable employability, such as 21st century skills, jobcrafting, talents, etc. A great fun and challenging way to activate people on this topic.
